Ingredients

Sunflower oil boiling, natural resin esters, isoparaffins, drying agents. The VOC content of this product is max. 520 g / l. The EU limit value is a maximum of 700 g / l (category f from 2010).

Application 

Stir well before use. The surface must be dry, clean and free of grease and dust. Apply rock oil with a brush or roller. After a penetration time of about 20-30 minutes, the excess oil is squeezed out or removed from the areas that are still absorbent, and the surface is dried with a dry cloth or pad. The next day, reapply the plan and process as described above. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, apply a third coat.

Important: there must be no layer of oil on the surface!

Drying time

Dry and recoatable after 4 – 6 hours (18 – 22 ° C / 50 – 55% relative humidity). Complete drying takes approx. 7-10 days

Packaging and consumption

Approx. 20 – 50 ml / m2 depending on the absorbency of the substrate.

Packaging: 0,75 l for 21,5 m2; 2,5 l for 71,5 m2

Storage 

Store in a cool, tightly closed place. If skin forms, remove before re-use. If necessary, strain the oil.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place at a temperature between 15 ° C and 25 ° C. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed.

 

Disposal

According to local, official regulations. Dried product residues can be disposed of with household waste. Waste code: EAK / EWC 08 01 11

Dilution and instrument cleaning

Cleaning with pH neutral detergent in lukewarm water.

Precautionary statements 

Keep out of the reach of children. Ingestion: Immediately call a POISON CENTER / doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting. Avoid release to the environment. Dispose of contents / container for proper recycling.

Working materials impregnated with the product, such as rags, sponges, etc. place in hermetically sealed metal containers or water and then dispose of them, otherwise there is a risk of spontaneous combustion due to the vegetable oil content. The product itself is not self-igniting. Adequate ventilation must be provided during drying. Due to the natural raw materials used, a typical odor may occur. Wear approved respiratory protection when using spray equipment. Wear a fine dust mask when sanding!
