High quality, solvent-free, silky shiny oil. Waterproof, complies with German industry standards DIN 68861 part 1. Complies with DIN 53160, tested for sweat and saliva on various children’s toys. According to DIN EN 71 Part 3, officially recognized as compliant with toys.
Designed for heavily loaded surfaces. Suitable for indoor treatment of wood and OSB – wooden floors, parquet, furniture, etc.
Colour
Colorless
Ingredients
Linseed oil, sunflower oil, natural boiling oil, carnauba wax, lead-free drying agents (Mn).
Surface preparation
The surface must be dry (maximum wood moisture 12%), firm, absorbent, clean, free of dust and grease. The surface should be sanded gradually to 120 grit sandpaper, but very soft woods such as birch, maple, pine, beech, spruce, etc. should be sanded gradually to 180 grit sandpaper.
If surface filling is required, then a water-based filler should be chosen.
Application
Stir well before application. Depending on the surface application, absorbency and type of wood, apply the oil in 1-2 thin coats with a trowel and a polishing machine, leave to soak in and polish with brown felt after 1 hour at the latest.
After a drying time of 6 hours, the oil is applied again with a polishing machine and brown felt, and immediately the oil is completely polished into the wood. After treatment, the surface should look smooth, silky shiny. The room and surface temperature must be at least + 10ºC.
Drying time
At 23ºC and 50% relative humidity, the drying time of the first coat is about 6 hours, followed by about 24 hours. The final degree of hardening (complete crystallization of the oil) is reached after 4 weeks. At higher temperatures, please observe a shorter drying time and polish the surface faster. At lower temperatures and higher relative humidity, please observe a longer drying time.
Care
See oiled and waxed floor care instructions. With Avalon floor milk and Avalon soap concentrate (see product technical instructions). For heavily loaded floors, it is recommended to apply wax 1-2 times a year.
It is recommended to lubricate the surface with Avalon High Solid Ol once a year.
Packaging and consumption
Depending on the type of wood and its absorption capacity: for one layer, approximately 24-30 m² with 1 liter, for the second layer, approximately 300-450 m² with 1 liter.
Packaging: 0,25l; 0,75l; 2,5l; 10l; 30l

Precautionary statements
Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Keep out of reach of children. IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell. Do NOT induce vomiting. Avoid release to the environment.
Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations.
Always be sure to store cleaning cloth, polishing pads, sponges, etc. that are still wet or even slightly moist with product in an airtight metal container or in water and dispose, as there is a danger of spontaneous combustion caused by the plant oil content in the product.
The product alone will not undergo spontaneous combustion. A typical smell may arise due to the natural raw materials. During sanding wear mask against respirable dust.
