Fast-drying oil-wax mixture

For refining low-wear interior wood surfaces in a single step.
Application:

For a one-time, open-pore treatment of untreated or absorbent interior wood surfaces that are subject to little mechanical stress. Not suitable for use in splash areas.
Technical Properties:

Easy to apply. Polishable to a satin finish after drying. Permeable to water vapor.
Color:

Colorless to slightly yellowish. Light, absorbent woods dry slightly darker. Woods are fired to varying degrees depending on their growth.
Ingredients:

Beeswax, carnauba wax, linseed oil, linseed oil-wood oil-stand oil, linseed oil-wood oil-stand oil-natural resin boil-off, clay, isoparaffins, and drying agents. The VOC content of this product is max. 390 g/l. The EU limit is max. 700 g/l (Category F as of 2010).
Substrate and Preparation:

Shake or stir thoroughly before use! The substrate must be dry, sound, clean, free of grease and dust, and absorbent. Depending on the wood species and the desired penetration depth, pre-sand wooden surfaces with 100-180 grit sandpaper in the direction of the grain.

Use:

Paint, dip. Polish after drying. Room and surface temperature above 15°C. Shake or stir thoroughly before use!

Untreated, absorbent substrate:
Apply Liquid Wax 342 evenly. After approximately 20-45 minutes, remove the glossy excess. After a drying time of approximately 16-24 hours, polish in the direction of the grain.

Note:
Liquid Wax with integrated Primer 342 is formulated for medium-absorbent wood substrates. Preliminary tests are required for highly absorbent and weakly absorbent surfaces.
Drying time:

Approx. 18-24 hours. This system requires sufficient atmospheric oxygen to dry. Therefore, ensure good ventilation, e.g., with a fan in stagnant air to prevent odors.

Approx. 90 ml/m², may vary depending on substrates with varying levels of absorption.

Storage and shelf life:

Stable for at least 2 years when unopened. Store in a cool, dry place.
Disposal:

In accordance with local regulations. Dried residues can be disposed of as household waste. Waste code EAK 08 01 11.

LEINOS Thinner 200. Product is ready for use.

Hazard warnings:
Repeated contact may cause skin dryness or cracking.

Safety instructions: Keep out of reach of children.
IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.
DO NOT induce vomiting.

Avoid release to the environment.
Dispose of contents/container properly.

Store work materials soaked with the product, such as cleaning rags, sponges, sanding dust, etc., with oil that has not completely dried, in an airtight metal container or in water and then dispose of them.

Otherwise, there is a risk of spontaneous combustion due to the plant oil content.

The product itself is not self-igniting.

Ensure adequate ventilation during drying.
Due to the natural raw materials used, a typical odor may occur.

Wear approved respiratory protection when using spray equipment.

Wear a fine dust mask when sanding.
