Varnishes are very different and vary in composition, strength and even tone. For private houses and apartments, ecological water-based varnishes are most often chosen, which are odorless, environmentally friendly and harmless to human health. Water-based varnishes will minimally change the shade of wood, it will be able to retain its natural tone without yellowing. Berg-Seidle synthetic varnishes - artificial resin-based and polyurethane-based varnishes - will make the wood yellow.
